Source Separated Sanitation Summit 2025
The growth of source-separated wastewater systems continues, yet knowledge about these systems remains relatively limited. Source Separated Sanitation Summit – European Practices will give you up-to-date examples from both Europe and Sweden.
Ten years ago, IWA Sweden held a seminar on source-separated wastewater systems with the primary aim of gathering international knowledge. Now, we are transitioning from theory to practice – how does it really work?
The program is built around three key themes; following the process from framework, technical functionality to the user perspective, adding some number crunching and concluding with a panel debate on the future of source separation.

Session 1 - Framework for source separated sanitation
