Source Separated Sanitation Summit 2025

The countdown to the conference Source Separated Sanitation Summit 2025 has begun. The conference will be held from June 11–13, 2025, in Helsingborg, Sweden.

Ten years ago, IWA Sweden held a seminar on source-separated wastewater systems with the primary aim of gathering international knowledge. Now, we are moving from theory to practice – how does it really work?

The growth of source-separated wastewater systems continues, yet knowledge about these systems remains relatively limited, making a follow-up conference on the subject all the more welcome and necessary. Source Separated Sanitation Summit – European Practices offers examples from both Europe and Sweden.

The conference will be held from June 11–13, 2025, in Helsingborg, Sweden. In September, we will open the registration and event page for the conference with more information!

The organizers are NMBU (Norwegian University of Life Sciences), IWA Sweden, NSVA/RecoLab, Sweden Water Research, and Svenskt Vatten.
